Once upon a time, in a cozy little cottage nestled deep in the forest, there lived three bears: Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear. One sunny morning, they decided to go for a walk while their porridge cooled down.
Not far from the bears' cottage, a curious little girl named Goldilocks was wandering through the woods. She had golden curls that shimmered in the sunlight and a heart full of curiosity. As she skipped along, she spotted the bears' quaint cottage and, unable to resist, decided to take a peek inside.
Goldilocks knocked on the door, but no one answered. She gently pushed it open and found herself in a cozy living room. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity as she saw three bowls of porridge on the table. Her tummy rumbled, and she decided to taste each one.
First, she tried Papa Bear's porridge, but it was too hot. Next, she tasted Mama Bear's porridge, but it was too cold. Finally, she sampled Baby Bear's porridge, and it was just right. Goldilocks ate it all up, feeling quite satisfied.
After finishing the porridge, Goldilocks felt a bit tired. She wandered into the living room and found three chairs. She sat in Papa Bear's chair, but it was too big. She tried Mama Bear's chair, but it was too soft. Then she sat in Baby Bear's chair, and it was just right—until it broke with a crash!
Feeling even sleepier, Goldilocks climbed the stairs and found three beds in the bedroom. She lay down on Papa Bear's bed, but it was too hard.
She tried Mama Bear's bed, but it was too soft. Finally, she snuggled into Baby Bear's bed, and it was just right. In no time at all, Goldilocks fell fast asleep.
Just then, the three bears returned home. They noticed something was amiss right away. "Someone's been eating my porridge," growled Papa Bear. "Someone's been eating my porridge," said Mama Bear. "Someone's been eating my porridge, and it's all gone!" cried Baby Bear.
The bears moved into the living room. "Someone's been sitting in my chair," Papa Bear grumbled. "Someone's been sitting in my chair," said Mama Bear. "Someone's been sitting in my chair, and now it's broken!" wailed Baby Bear.
They tiptoed up the stairs to the bedroom. "Someone's been sleeping in my bed," rumbled Papa Bear. "Someone's been sleeping in my bed," said Mama Bear. "Someone's been sleeping in my bed, and here she is!" squeaked Baby Bear.
Goldilocks woke up with a start and saw the three bears staring down at her. She screamed, jumped out of bed, and ran out of the cottage as fast as her legs could carry her. She didn't stop until she was safe at home, where she promised herself never to be so curious and reckless again.
From that day on, Goldilocks learned the importance of respecting others' belongings and the consequences of her actions. The three bears, on the other hand, decided to be more careful about leaving their door unlocked.
And so, they all lived happily ever after, with Goldilocks visiting the forest often, but never entering another's home uninvited again.
