Noah’s Ark—A Rainbow of Hope
When Noah built a grand ark under God’s guidance, two of every creature filed in, safe from the storm. After the waters receded, a brilliant rainbow lit the sky, reminding everyone of God’s promise and love.
God’s Special Assignment
A long, long time ago, people on earth forgot how to live kindly. But one good man named Noah listened to God. God told Noah to build a huge boat, called an ark, to keep his family safe from a coming flood.
Though some neighbors laughed at Noah, he trusted God’s plan and started building right away with his family’s help.
Gathering the Animals
Once the ark was finished, God sent animals—big elephants, tall giraffes, tiny birds, and all kinds of creatures—marching two by two.
Noah and his family carefully guided them into the ark. Even though space was tight, they worked together, making sure every animal had a safe place to rest.
The Great Flood
Soon, the sky darkened, and raindrops began to fall. The soft rain turned into a pouring storm, and water covered the land.
Inside the ark, Noah, his family, and the animals stayed warm and dry. Though the outside world was stormy, they remained calm, trusting God to keep them safe.
A Sign of New Life
After many days, the rain finally stopped. Slowly, the floodwaters receded. When Noah sent out a dove to find dry land, it returned with a fresh olive leaf.
Everyone cheered—this meant the earth was ready for new life! Not long after, they stepped off the ark onto solid ground, grateful for a new beginning.
God’s Promise—A Rainbow!
As they looked up at the clearing sky, a beautiful rainbow stretched from one side of the horizon to the other. It was a sign of God’s promise to care for and love His world.
Noah and his family thanked God for protecting them and the animals. From that day on, whenever they saw a rainbow, they remembered God’s faithfulness and kindness.
