The Starlight Bunny

In a cozy meadow beneath the moonlit sky lived a little bunny named Twinkle. Twinkle had a very special coat—it shimmered softly under the stars. Every night, Twinkle would hop out of her burrow, eager to greet her friends and chase the gentle glow of fireflies.

One magical evening, as Twinkle played near the sparkling lake, she saw something unusual. A tiny star had fallen from the sky and was lying gently on the grass, its light flickering softly.

"Oh dear," Twinkle whispered, hopping close. "You must be lost!"

The star twinkled sadly. "I miss my home up in the sky," it said softly.

"Don't worry," Twinkle smiled warmly. "I'll help you get back home!"

Together, they journeyed through the quiet forest, seeking the tallest hill. On their way, they met friendly owls, playful foxes, and wise old turtles, all eager to help.

Finally, they reached the tallest hill, its top nearly touching the sky. Twinkle gently placed the tiny star atop the hill. "Reach for your home," she encouraged.

With a sparkle and shimmer, the little star lifted off, rising gently until it returned to its place among the constellations.

"Thank you, Twinkle!" the star called down, its voice blending with the night breeze.

Twinkle returned to her meadow, snuggled into her burrow, and drifted to sleep, knowing that kindness had made the night sky whole again.
